Our recipe has been in our family for years and our founder, Camilo Lopez, opened The Burro Churro in 2025 to share it with Nashville.

Our proprietary churro recipe makes our churros an unforgettable experience. We never serve pre-frozen churros. We make our dough in small batches to ensure quality. We use our stainless steel churro machine from Spain - so that we may fry more churros a lot quicker.
